Terms of Sale

SpatiumForma, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Contact us at hello@spatiumforma.com. Some pieces are made by independent makers featured on the marketplace; your purchase contract is with SpatiumForma, which remains responsible for delivery, returns and refunds.

We do our best to describe each piece accurately. Handmade items vary slightly in colour, grain and finish, and screen colours differ from real ones; these differences are not defects. Dimensions on the product page are the ones that matter for fit.

The AR preview places a 3D model in your room at approximately true scale. It is a guide, not a guarantee: check the listed dimensions before you buy, and note that the model runs on your device and no camera images are sent to us.

• All prices are in UAE dirhams (AED). Where VAT applies it is included in the price shown.
• Delivery is charged separately and shown before you pay.
• Payment is taken in full at checkout through Ziina. We never see your card details.
• If a price is obviously wrong, we may cancel the order and refund you in full before dispatch.

Your order is an offer to buy. It is accepted when your payment is confirmed and we begin preparing the pieces. If something is unavailable after you have paid, we will tell you as soon as we know and refund the affected items in full.

Delivery times, areas and charges, the 14-day return window and what is excluded from it are set out in our Shipping & Returns policy, which forms part of these terms.

Submitting a "Sell on Spatium" application does not create a contract. If we accept your application, the terms of listing and selling are agreed in a separate vendor agreement.

The site, its text, photography, 3D models and the SpatiumForma name and logo belong to us or our makers and are protected by copyright and trademark law. You may use them to browse and buy, not to copy or republish them.

Do not interfere with the site, attempt to access other people's data, place fraudulent orders or submit false information. We may refuse or cancel orders and block access where we reasonably suspect misuse.

We are responsible for supplying pieces that match their description and for the statutory guarantees that apply. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses or for losses caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under UAE law.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai, and disputes are subject to the courts of Dubai. We will always try to resolve a problem with you directly first.
