Shipping & Returns

We deliver across all seven emirates of the UAE. For delivery elsewhere in the GCC, email hello@spatiumforma.com before ordering and we will quote for it.

Delivery is a flat AED 50 per order anywhere in the UAE, shown at checkout before you pay. Large furniture is delivered by a two-person team to the room of your choice at no extra charge; assembly, where needed, is included.

• In-stock pieces: 3 to 7 working days in Dubai, 5 to 10 working days in the other emirates.
• Made-to-order pieces: the lead time shown on the product page, plus delivery.
• We will call or message you on the number from your order to arrange a delivery slot for furniture.
• Times are estimates; if there is a delay we will let you know and you may cancel for a full refund if the piece has not been dispatched.

Please inspect each piece when it arrives. If anything is damaged or not what you ordered, tell us within 48 hours with photos and your order reference and we will arrange a replacement or a full refund, including delivery.

You can return most pieces within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unused, undamaged and in their original packaging. Email us first so we can arrange collection or give you the return address.

The following cannot be returned unless they are faulty:

• Made-to-order and custom colourway pieces.
• Items that have been assembled, installed or altered.
• Textiles and rugs that have been used or washed.

The cost of returning a piece that is not faulty is deducted from the refund at the same flat delivery rate.

Refunds go back to the payment method you used, through Ziina, within 14 days of the piece reaching us and passing inspection. Your bank may take a few more days to show it.

You can cancel for a full refund any time before dispatch, except for made-to-order pieces once making has started. Email hello@spatiumforma.com with your order reference.
